Dijion Roast Salmon
Simple, quick and delicious
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon filet, skin on or off your preference
- 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin or other oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijion Mustard
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice the juice of 1/2 lemon, reserve other half for garnish
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
- Place Salmon filet skin side down in baking dish
- mix all other ingredients together.
- brush Dijion mixture on salmon
- bake until salmon is done as desired approximately 15 to 20 minutes
Notes
Super quick. If you don’t have Dijion Mustard substitute yellow. My preference is Olive Oil but canola, corn oil or another vegetable oil can also be used. You may also add dried or fresh dill. My nephew uses this for salmon cooked or smoked in his barbeque, it keeps the filet moist and flavorful.
