Easy Roast Salmon
Easy Roasted Salmon
This is an easy recipe; I've made it many times for friends and family. If you don't have an hour to marinate it a quick 30 minutes will do in the refrigerator. Wonderful garnished with fresh dill, if you don't have it dried will do.
Equipment
- 1 Zip-lock bag A large one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola oil or any neutral flavor oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Lemon squeezed
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. Salmon Filet
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and salmon in zip lock bag. Place in fridge to marinate for one to four hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon in baking dish, sprinkle additional dill on filet.
- Roast for 15 minutes or more to desired doneness. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
