Easy Roasted Salmon
This is an easy recipe; I've made it many times for friends and family. If you don't have an hour to marinate it a quick 30 minutes will do in the refrigerator. Wonderful garnished with fresh dill, if you don't have it dried will do.

- 1/2 cup canola oil or any neutral flavor oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Lemon squeezed
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. Salmon Filet
Combine all ingredients and salmon in zip lock bag. Place in fridge to marinate for one to four hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place salmon in baking dish, sprinkle additional dill on filet.
Roast for 15 minutes or more to desired doneness. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
